I am disgusted at the performance of the Store Manager. I have had 7 perfectly good Pictures done and am satisfied with them. Today I selected 3 and just because I was unaware that the bottom of 2 of them were chopped off. I then heard the following from the Manageress " just don't deal with this Customer ". Highly unprofessional and with 42 years experience in sales, had I have dealt with a Customer in that manner I would have been reprimanded severely. I paid for 2 and walked out in anger.
