I visited Snappy Snaps Clapham Junction last week for photo printing, and I had a really great experience. Ali was extremely helpful and guided me through how to print our premium photos properly. I can't thank the ali enough. I had emergency surgery just days before I was due to fly and urgently needed some stuff printed. Despite it being outside their usual turnaround time, ali went out of his way to help me without hesitation. Thank you so much.
My favourite Snappy Snaps branch! Always greeted with a warm welcome and every staff member I’ve dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. I’ve been using this branch for a few years now and it’s never let me down. It’s a great service they provide. Staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Took every care to make sure my (international) passport photos were correct. Very happy with the outcome!
Shout out to the team at Clapham. My only dealings have been through email, due to an error on my part whereby I set up an account as a new customer intending it to be for another store. As a result of this I was unable to log into the local store, which meant that I had to correspond with Clapham in order to rectify as it happened. Clap him didn’t need to take any action, as the web team at my local store sorted it. However, the Clapham staff responded very quickly to my email and were very polite. Great service.
