I initially had my passport photo taken, but when I uploaded it online it was rejected due to poor quality. I went back to the store, and Panos was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took another photo for me and clearly explained that the issue was caused by the sizing and how the image had been cropped down, not the photo itself. I have to admit that I'm not a regular user of our local Snappy Snaps, but earlier this week I had an emergency situation when four certificates that I'd had printed elsewhere for an event were too large to fit in the frames that I'd had had made. Shannon spent a long time with me measuring the prints and making sure the precise amount was trimmed off perfectly. I appreciate the team's willingness to act 'off menu' to help me out and the level of service I received.

My wife went in to get her passport photo taken. It was taken poorly in bad lighting and the passport office didn't accept it. She went back in asking for it to be retaken and the staff refused to do it for free, making her pay a further £20 despite their original mistake. She found them rude and obstructive.
