I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this branch on 2/03/26 and 3/03/26. I arrived at 5:53pm (before the 6:00pm closing time) to print photos and was told the printers were already shut down. I was advised to email the images and collect them the next day. When I returned, one of the prints was incorrect. I calmly explained that I had felt rushed the previous day and should not be charged again for a mistake that occurred due to that situation. My partner came in a few days ago to get passport photos done for out baby daughter. She didn't realise we needed printed copies though, not digital copies. I went back today to have the photos printed and was told I had to pay full price for printing although this as far as I can tell was actually included in (or can be added for a small fee to) the original package, which we had already paid for. I took passport photos and paid for an electronic copy and hard copy. Didn't receive the copy via email. Called and the person was so rude very rude. Didn't get a chance. Please be careful with your money
A very nice lady took passport photos of my two-month-old daughter very quickly and efficiently. And the photos are wonderful. I am very pleased and will definitely come back to you for new photos :)
I took 5 photos to be reprinted and expected to collect them the next day. When I got home I had recieved a missed call from the shop. I called back but due to problems with their phone line, I was asked to send an email. I sent the email and recieved a prompt reply saying I could pick up my reprints immediately. I returned to the shop and was delighted with the results. Very good customer service and friendly staff. I will be using them again.
