Initially extremely upsetting experience. Needed 2 photos printed that needed cropping/sizing. After advising my requirements to a staff member he then walked away from me never to return. Shocking! Almost reduced me to tears. Fortunately - then mentioned exactly the same request to the wonderful NOA who was soo very professional, personable and extremely helpful. If you don’t want to go through my wretched experience make sure you ask for NOA who deserves 6 stars!
The staff at Snappy Snaps at Thayer Street is always very pleasant and helpful even when they are extremely busy. Go to this place regularly and recently converted lots of very old camcorder videos , old negatives and various other things and have always been very satisfied with the quality of work and service. Overall excellent service and very professional staff !
What an incredible experience! I needed time-sensitive help with some very specific design work and Cristina was an absolute dream to work with! Cristina couldn’t have helped me more. She made two beautiful collages for me of loved ones, truly the best gift one can give and she made it look easy. What a pleasure to come here, highly recommended
