Long time customer - even had to delete my previous 5* review for this one. They are friendly and the service is good but the charges are crazy for film development. £23 for a roll of 35mm film. £15 just to develop (not scan, that’ll run you an extra £11) 120 film is just mental. Really wish this could be better but they just seem to be getting greedy. Boots & snappy snaps Chiswick down the road are much better priced.

Great experience. Shilpa was very helpful with selecting a frame and the new machines they have can get a picture scanned and printed quick and easy. Got a photo printed and framed for less than £12 and I was in and out in less than five minutes
