Brilliant service today at the Victoria branch. Themis's customer service was impeccable, the price was reasonable and Utsav went the extra mile trimming documents for me when they found out I didn't have access to a guillotine. Thanks again!
I came here for passport photos. The guy who took the photo was really nice and efficient and took good photos, great job from him. A nice lady was in charge of cutting the photos to size and that’s where things went wrong. She cut out 2/4 photos, one of them was missing its entire corner and the other looked like a child had cut it out. I was immediately worried as i had issues with my previous photos for being too small, so i said i’d be happy to cut out the other 2 myself. Small but mighty, the staff at this busy branch of Snappy Snaps always go out of their way for customers. Ironically, the larger nearby branch on Warwick Way is usually empty yet the staff cannot extend themselves. Just goes to show, “busy is as busy does.” One star off because prices for picture framing are way too high.
Absolutely unacceptable. Your opening hours clearly state 8:00 AM, yet it’s 8:12 AM and the shop is still closed. I’m already running late, and this has made my morning even more stressful. I even asked the neighbouring shop, and they told me this happens regularly and that you’re usually late opening. If your actual opening time isn’t 8:00, then update your business hours instead of wasting customers’ time. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Have been going here for more than 6 years now as are close to my office. The team is simply amazing. I have printed hundreads of photos, printed personalised tshirts, even bought a disposable camera, I developed the pics and even got a digital copy of the pics. A big thank you to Themis for always beeing a raye of sunshine and for always having the best ideeas (camera, tshirts). Themis you lead by example and are wonderful asset to the Snappy Snaps family.
