Shania provided excellent service at the photo print shop. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She made sure the prints came out perfectly and took the time to answer all my questions. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. I have been a loyal customer of this shop for over 16 years, but I regret to say that both the customer service and photography services have significantly declined over time. The quality I once experienced has noticeably worsened. We visited twice in the last 3 months for ID pictures, and both times, the experience felt rushed.
