I want to praise Shania to the hilt. She is a professional at what she does and showed me huge patience and was simply brilliant. I had a bunch of photos that I wanted enlarged and fit to frames. She was a genius and I’m very grateful to Shania (Hampstead). She is a great ambassador for SnappySnaps
Unfortunately tried to get a calender printed here, firstly it wasnt put together in the right order (started at 2026 and went into 2025) to which I took it in, understanding mistakes happen, however I've now been handed back one that isnt even binded properly and now the pages fall out even if I put them back in. This was meant to be a gift for someone which is now late and broken and needs to then be collected a third time?? For £40 was hoping for slightly better honestly...
I usually always get my prints done here and the people are lovely but today one of the workers was so rude and disrespectful I will not be coming back. She watched us waiting for ages without saying anything and then wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her about my order making her very difficult to communicate with. The manager here refused to help me at 5.45 With a with a simple task and wouldn’t let her other two members of staff help me . One was hoovering and the other one was pretending to be busy. Absolute joke
