This branch has consistently good quality for any kind of printing, photos and documents. They skillfully take passport photos for babies too. The staff are always polite, professional and quick. I almost wish they were slightly less efficient, as this place is also air conditioned, so it’s very nice there on a hot day!
I have had passport photos done for 3 different countries (UK/AUS/US) and other visas at Snappy Snaps Kilburn and not once have I had an issue. They are technically proficient and knowledgeable about the specific requirements for different countries. It was a relief when one embassy (that had already sent half the room out to get their photos re-done) said that my photos were the most compliant they had seen. The manager knows his stuff and is a delight to deal with. Highly recommend.
Had the most courteous and professional experience at this branch. The Photo Expert I spoke to (he wore eye glasses and I think he was the Store Manager) listened to my needs and was very efficient. I was very impressed with the process, quality of the printed image and the lovely array of frames on display for Mother’s Day. Thank you so much!
I came in around 2pm on Thursday. Payed for my disposable camera to be developed and picked to have the photos printed AND emailed, which is £5 extra than having them just printed or just emailed. The man who helped me was SO mean and cold for the entire interaction. When i asked him “should i come back in two hours to collect the pictures?” He said “you’ll get an email” but i never got an email so just had to guess when they’d be done. Went to Kilburn branch to get some old black and white photos copied. I was so impressed with the results I returned the next day to get more photos copied. This time I picked out some frames thinking I’d take them home to mount the pictures myself. But Marvin did it for me. The prices were very reasonable too. He also recommended a decent film camera.
