Needed two photos printed from my pen drive. The young lady with highlights walked me through the whole process on the machine nice and smoothly. After checking out some of the frames, she outlined various options, the benefits of each, adjusted the photos for a better fit and was kind enough to frame the photos herself. Her kind demeanour and work ethic are a credit to her. Thank you for all your help and a pleasant experience.
I use the Richmond store for passport photos and I’ve had T shirts printed in the past. They’re always helpful and I recommend them to all my friends vs getting a home made passport pic or worse, the station Photo Booth. This time however they excelled themselves. I wanted to resurrect a favourite old T shirt and get the image onto a new one. Michael went above and beyond and I now have my old T shirt back better than before. The only place to go! 🙏
I visited the Richmond store on Saturday in the hope of having some photos printed out. I had done this as a last minute plan, and needed them done as soon as possible, to then make the train I had to catch. Anna was extremely helpful, she took the time to run through the process and she had my 51 photos printed in no time at all, meaning we made our train. Anna was friendly, helpful, professional and an absolute star!! Thank you so much, you made my day! ⭐️
Yesterday I went to Snappy Snaps in Richmond to print some photos for my son, and Anna provided exceptional service. Even with the store being quite busy, she took the time to guide me through everything with patience. The prints turned out amazing and were ready in no time. I’ll absolutely return!
Had the best service from this branch. I had another company do a terrible job with a canvas I did for my wife's birthday and came to Snappy Snaps to help me get a canvas printed in time to surprise my wife. Not only did they do an incredible job, but I got it in time too. Great communication. Great quality. Great people! They also took a pic on my Ollie dog to put up in the shop! Thank you!
