I visited the store yesterday and it was extremely busy. Customers queuing up outside the door and only one staff member. However, the service from the one staff member was exceptional. TJ the member of staff was clearly overrun but didn't let that impact the level of service he provided which was exceptional. He dealt with an amazingly heavy workload bouncing between tasks and customer, managing multiple requests with a smile and positivity.
