I can’t speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by TJ and Maria at Charlotte St Snappy Snaps. With 10 days notice they scanned, restored, edited and printed 183 photos for an exhibition spanning a hundred years of my dad’s life. TJ worked until midnight to get the work done on time. The quality is excellent but what impresses me the most is their kindness and ‘can do’ approach. I am Very grateful, thank you.
Ruined some of my photos because of careless trimming. I asked for the film to be trimmed into slices of 4 and they carelessly clipped off some of my photos (see attached). Absolutely disappointed and will not be using this service. You guys can't even cut film properly?! What a joke. £10/film for develop only C-41 36exp is also expensive for this carelessness. Avoid if you don't want ruined pictures. I want a refund.

I had such a great experience with this printing shop! The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure everything came out exactly the way I envisioned. The final prints were sharp, vibrant, and delivered right on time. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects 👏🏼👍🏼
Horrible experience, got charged 10 quid for develop only!! (4 at another snappysnaps, I thought the prices would be the same, also why are they not listed online?) But it's not just that, they also messed up the pictures too - they cut the film in the wrong place and sliced my pictures! Worst experience I've had anywehere in a very very long time. Edit: Added a star as we did receive a refund.
