Recently went to get some pictures printed off my phone. The guy in the shop very helpful. Printed out what i needed and i got a keyring and photo frame of my dog that had passed away. Quick service. Good customer service. Will again
Absolutely amazing! Thank you Snappy snaps you have saved my sanity! I wanted some very old photos, some 78 yrs old, enlarging and enhancing for a memory book for my brother's 80th birthday next week. They have done an amazing job and I am forever grateful for enabling me to make a special occasion even more special. I am 5 years older!!! Highly recommend and the staff were kind, caring and encouraging.
Most of my instant prints came out ok, some were rubbish. I paid £61 for the pleasure... Not impressed, won't use this shop again. The 1 star was mostly how I was treated. The bloke that works there (dark hair and glasses) kept interfering and didn't even print the all the ones I wanted and there were duplicates as well... He came over and kept deleting what i had transferred, I left without some of the prints I wanted. It was bad customer service. Not satisfied with my experience here one bit. I went with my daughter for her french passport ID pictures to be taken this morning. The staff were helpful and friendly no doubt. However my daughter asked if her ears needed to show on the picture and the lady photographer told her no. When we went for our appointment this afternoon , we were told those ID photos couldn’t be used because the ears needed to be uncovered on the photos. Lucky for us they had a photo booth at the embassy so we were able to fix the mistake there and then. Not too impressed by this costly mista... read more
My grand daughter come in with a unique request today to replace something that meant alot to me and wow... I can't fault the gentlemen that helped me make it happen they are up in the fireplace and they look just like the real things. Totally recommend this company.
