I've been using the Staines branch for a few years and I always get excellent service. Yesterday, I had printed some photos which needed a bit of extra TLC, so I decided to go back into the shop the next day. I spoke to Ria and asked her for some advice. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to explain the issues and through her desire to help me, she managed to improve my photos. Terrible experience – avoid I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I felt genuinely robbed. The customer service was terrible, and the passport photos are massively overpriced. I made the mistake of not asking the price beforehand and ended up paying almost £60 for a terrible set of just three passport photos. The quality was so poor that we ended up re-taking the photos ourselves for free, using our own devices, and the result was significantly better than what we got from this so-called “professional” place. I used the shop today, after work, staff are really friendly & helpful. I am not completely IT efficient on my own mobile & they were very patient. They explained my document needed to be transferred to their email to allow printing. I was assured after printing their computer system deletes the trace of my document. This process was completely confidential, they do not look to see what the documents are, I needed an email printed for my solicitor.
