I was in Hong Kong and needed three photo books for our 50th Anniversary, looking across the web, not many could give a personal service in my area, less for Snappy Snaps in Newbury. I emailed them, with the quickly responding, informing they could help fulfil my requirements, with a number of follow on emails and we transfers of over 300 photos, with some slight adjustments to the format, they were produced on time, with the quality of the product, outstanding. I drove quiet a fair distance to get to your store. Then the trainee 1. Didn't use a flash (photo background is grey?) 2. Plus had wrong framing for UK passport photos. He mentioned it was approved for usage on your system. Dimensions for the face didn't match required mm and was rejected > I lost £15. Please offer training and follow correct procedures for this service. I cant recommend your store based on this.
The staff went above and beyond today, I ordered a photo book of over 150 photos for my partners birthday, on the day I needed it, and the lady did an amazing turnaround for me. The photo book layout was clearly thought about - very happy. Thank you
Briliant service! Jess and team so very helpful after difficult time getting Passport photo accepted repeated process for me several times at no extra cost. Can't thank you enough and will definitely use you again.
Went there to get a disposal camera developed. The team member was friendly and explained the process well. I was able to get my photos back 24hrs later. They also offer a range of services, including printing on objects and photo albums for sale.
