The photos are not the same quality as from the phone, the contrast is too dark, they did not inform me about it, they did not want to return the money and wanted to pay for the changed contrast. £45 in the trash, and it was supposed to be a nice gift. I will never go back there and I will not recommend it to anyone, and I will not advise against it. The first one photo is printed and sec. From my phone

Disappointing Experience with Transparency Slide/Film Scanning. The scanning service for transparency slides/films at this location was unfortunately unsatisfactory. The scans were notably blurry, of low resolution, and exhibited color aberration. Additionally, the handling of the slides was unprofessional: upon return, one slide was broken in half, another was cracked, and there were visible fingerprints on several slides. The can turn develop and scan photos fast, however, they do not do it well. I developed a few films here at once and wish I hadn't! They literally scanned 'Snappy Snaps' onto my negatives - which are obviously now ruined. When I showed them the ruined photos, they said "it didn't happen here, that's an old logo" but the photos hadn't left the building, neither had the negatives and the films were bought elsewhere.
