I had an issue regarding photos put into archive, which was entirely my fault. However, trying to retrieve the photos was more of a headache than it needed to be; communication would have fully alleviated the situation. The store has since dealt with the matter in a very professional manner and I can happily say that they have regained my full confidence.
To the gentleman that was able to assist me right at closing time and allowing me to collect my order, I am eternally grateful. The photo was needed for a funeral and you showed great kindness that day. I hope everyone local chooses to go here since the staff really go above and beyond for their customers.

Always a good experience in here. Have had many things printed and they are always patient and helpful, esp. with getting passport photos done for our wee bundle of joy, who was not cooperative
Had a very unique request and they were able to help me with it. I do recommend. The ladies working there were very lovey and helpful.
