⭐ 1-star review — Snapy Snap I have been using Snapy Snap for my artwork and printing over the past couple of months, and I have spent around £200 or more with them. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I will not be returning. I expect a professional printing shop to provide professional service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I don't know why, but the last couple of times I've been in there it absolutely stinks. I tried to mention this covertly the last time I was in and was told it must be the printing chemicals and I said no, it stinks exactly like used nappies and a woman near us exclaimed "that's exactly what it smells like" and said shed been to shy to say anything. Had a very nice experience, had an issue with uploading a photo for my passport and Noora was very helpful and sorted it out!!
I took photos here and he said the passport photos were 20, including sending them by email. After taking the photos, he suddenly said it was 25 pounds and had a very rude attitude. It was extremely expensive and unprofessional. I do not recommend coming back here.
I ordered an iphone to be delivered there and it went missing. They refused to even look at the order number and blamed it all on the delivery company. I told them that apple asked me to raise the question with them and she completely ignored what I was trying to say. Shocking costumer service.
