I was so happy with the service I received today. I called and spoke to a staff member named Ibrahim, explaining that I needed a children’s T-shirt printed for school the next day. There was only about an hour left before closing time, but Ibrahim kindly took the time to do the printing for me because I needed it urgently. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to help me. I can’t thank him enough. Excellent customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Amazing service today from Eshan. Dealt with a very short notice request to scan a folder full of old photos to create digital copies and to adjust and print images for me. Could not have been more helpful and made the process very straightforward and quick. I am very grateful that I now have secure copies of my grandmother's photos. Thank you. 🙏
I have used the Snappy Snaps in Watford several times mainly for reprints of photos. I find using Cewe very difficult as I can't seem to get to link the system to my phone. The guy at Watford Snappy Snaps (annoyingly I forget to ask his name) is always very helpful taking over the task for me and the outcome is always exactly what I wanted. He runs the store on his own and somehow manages, if necessary, to keep four customers happy at the same time.
Eshan was so helpful, when I needed photos printed from my phone. Although it was a bit tricky to do, he persevered, and I now have the photos I wanted. I was also pleased to get matte photos, as some other places only do glossy and people can't choose between matte and glossy. Whilst in the shop, the staff helped other customers with tricky queries/issues. It seems the people working here really know their stuff.
Update: 24 Jan. I used the store again to print out a photograph for use at a funeral later in the day. The customer service went above and beyond, not only did the person who served me seek the best from the image and to find the perfect mount, but he waived the charge as a very kind gesture.
