Exceptionally unfriendly staff. While one guy was serving me, I overheard his colleague taking the same rude approach with the next person. They seem very unhappy at work. I subsequently decided not to go through with the development because I didn't want my pictures imbued with their negative energy
Absolutely vile customer service. The girl at the till was completely uninterested and unbothered by customers. Very poor service overall. Whatever happened to good customer service.
