Snows has been servicing our Cape Cod home since the early 1990's. They came in on Dec 23, 2025 to replace our old basement oil tank. They were STELLAR in how they removed the old tank after taking out the old oil and put in the new one. They changed everything and even removed the basement cobwebs! Amazing guys!
My mother passed away a year ago and left me her home on the Cape. She had been using Snows for years. From my first call to change billing to my name the company has been more than helpful. Every time I call to have the propane tank filled, gas or oil I see a service person either that day or a day later. No issues at all. Technician showed up on time and did his job. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing. I left him alone and let him complete his job.
Snow’s technician came to try to fix our A/C units which had been malfunctioning almost since installation several years ago. The original installer did a terrible job and would not return our calls. Another company came last year and charged us $800 and it still was not working well. The technicians from Snow’s were wonderful! They quickly found the problem and fixed it finally!!! I am eternally grateful and Snow’s will now be our first call for any problems. We highly recommend them!
A/C failed on a Friday afternoon and of course it was during the heat wave we experienced in June. As many homes had similiar problems Snow's service dept was overloaded but when I explained that we had a 5 week old infant with us they had an employee that lived near us stop by on his way home after hours and got us going. Incredible service and we are grateful.
