After reading some of these reviews I wonder if they had the correct Dr. Dugan? He isn't located in TX! His office is immaculate and Dr. Dugan has never been anything but professional. He is highly trained and extremely knowledgable. He has always treated me with the highest care and regard. I would feel confident in recommending him to anyone!

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves....

This company was able to work with me to get a more convenient appointment time. The nurse working with me was able to answer all of my questions as well. However, the surgery itself was very rough, and it felt rushed. With only a local anesthesia offered and no sedation, it was not something I'd want to do again unless absolutely necessary. HA, one comment was on how clean their restrooms and office was.......What a joke. In TEXAS, DDS offices are 10x as nice as this one which is only average compared to SOuthern dentists.
