They not only fixed my furnace because I did not have heat also changed my thermostat. Their service guy, Tim was great! Was extremely satisfied with their service and they came the same day I called. Will continue to use their services.
Leaving a poor review is not something I take lightly as I know many people's lives go into an organization's productivity. My comments are primarily based upon the owner of SoCo being unwilling to talk to me about a recent replacement and several managers providing any reason within their grasp to charge a high rate. One of the worst companies Ive dealt with on account of the supervisor ***** He made snide comments about my living situation AFTER the work was in progress. $15,000 Better spent elsewhere.
Requested a quote through ****** Maps. ************************* responded and called me. We talked for a few minutes and she said the earliest availability for a quote is Saturday. I said that'd be great. Well, it's Saturday and they didn't show up, so I called an hour after their 2 hour window we scheduled and they said they had no clue who I was.
