The amount for the delivery charge was fair. I was able to pick-up the SOD at the site with no issues. The employee was very helpful to load the SOD to my truck.

I called to ask a few questions and the CS person was very courteous and professional. The ordering process was seamless. I received a call about possible delivery options. The sod looks great so far after 6 days. My only complaint, and it is minor, was that I received an email the day before stating my delivery window would be 7am to 9am. I received a phone call around 6, which I did not answer, and my sod would be delivered in 5 minutes, which it was. I purchased 2 pallets of sod from SodLawn. I called in and asked for 850 Sq Feet and they suggested two pallets of 960 for less money, because with two you get free delivery. That was nice. I arranged for a Saturday delivery...which was also nice. A day before, I called and verified the order was being delivered and they confirmed and as I was calling in, I got a text message of the planned delivery.
