I have personally had the pleasure of using Ken Fraine with Soil & Structure Consulting for the past 8-9 years now. He and his company are my go to when I and my clients need their services. Being a realtor for 19 years, it's great to have somebody you can not only trust, but rely upon. They are quick to respond to calls & emails and get the job done!

I do not understand the glowing reviews -- this company took our money for a structural inspection of our home and never delivered the inspection report. They are completely unresponsive to emails and other communication. After researching the company on the Virginia contractor licensing website we found that although they were licensed when we hired them, their VA contractor license expired in December 2023. This is not a trustworthy company.

I've had a great experience working with Soil & Structure Consulting so far. John, the gentleman who took my initial calls, is absolutely wonderful and very responsive. We needed assistance in a tight time frame and he did his best to communicate realistic expectations and help us as much as possible. Andy, who will be drafting plans for the work we want done, was on time, listened carefully to what we wanted to do, offered options, and very succinctly told us what was and wasn't possible. Working with Soil and Structure Consulting was a breeze! Everyone on their team is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. John helped us connect with Andy and get us on our way to problem-solving. Our foundation project moved along smoothly because of their planning and efficiency. Sagar and Santosh were wonderful to work with. We were regularly updated so we knew what to anticipate before, during, and after the project. I highly recommend Soil and Structure Consulting.

I recently hired soil and structure to look at structural issues pertaining to a house that I planned on buying but the home inspection report pulled up some issues. I reached out to them to verify how serious problems were. They came out and inspected and provided me with the information that I needed. I could have inherited a huge money pit and thankfully I avoided it. They were very patient, thorough, responsive. Highly recommend. Thanks John and Kevin.
