I switched from the Codelli practice to another one a year or so ago. I switched because their billing practices were completely sloppy and even after I felt like everything was paid, bills would trickle in and it was difficult to understand why or get a clear explanation. I am leaving this review now, not because I was dissatisfied with their practitioners, but because I found out yesterday from my new practice that after repeated requests for them to forward my records, x-rays etc., they never did. This was such an amazing experience. My daughter needed treatment and has a phobia of the dentist. Dr. Codelli was not in network with our insurance but we decided to have him do her surgery anyways. The staff made my daughter feel so comfortable and talked us through every step. Jennifer, the surgical assistant, called us after surgery to check on my daughter. They really go the extra mile and I am so happy we picked Dr. Codelli.

I had a cracked tooth that needed to be removed, bone graft and 2 implants placed. Dr Codelli, Jennifer and Lisa were SO gentle. I chose to be sedated, and it was wonderful. I don’t remember any of the “hard parts” I have crowns on every tooth and I’m all crowns, so I’m no stranger to dental work. And in full disclosure, I do work with Dr Codelli. My first trip to Dr. Codelli was over 20 years ago after a skiing accident. I thought I had already written a review, so I apologize. With 2 implants and the complications of the accidents, I have been a client all these years. EVERY time I have gone there, I have been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The waiting area and rooms are immaculate. I have been going to Dr Codelli for several years. I tried other dentists to fix a problem with a back tooth causing pain. He was the only one who did it. His work is amazing and his sense of humor makes you forget that you are at the dentist. He is also very kind and caring. His staff is awesome Jessica, Vivian, Jennifer, Cindy, just to name a few ( wish I remembered everyone’s name!) are the sweetest ever. They make me feel welcome and part of their family. Highly recommend their practice. You will not regret it!!
