My overall experience was good after some follow up. The office was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. However, it wasn’t exactly clear when I would get my screening results. I called a few times after the first week and I was told it could take up to 14 business days but by law they have up to 30 days. I had an amazing experience at Solis Mammography in Washington, DC. This was my first mammogram, and I was honestly very nervous going in—but from the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. Both front desk receptionists were friendly, warm, and compassionate, greeting me with smiles that immediately helped calm my nerves. The entire environment felt comforting and supportive. The entire experience from beginning to end was truly, truly amazing. From the front desk staff to my technician Ms. Dee, I enjoyed my visit that I put off and made time for self-care. The staff is wonderful and Solis made great choices. I highly recommend this facility. More importantly, I got to be Oprah Winfrey for my visit, too cool🙏🏽🙏🏽
Horrible experience here. I was scheduled for a mammogram and an ultrasound. I called ahead to confirm that I was and the man I spoke to from the office confirmed that I would get an ultrasound after my mammogram. A woman from the office called me back to schedule it but I told them that the person I spoke to earlier that day confirmed I would get an ultrasound after my mammogram, so she left it at that. Solis Mammography acquired Washington radiology some 10 years ago. I just discovered this at my visit to their new offices today. The facility is wonderful. The equipment is brand new and much more comfortable. The most outstanding thing was the service from intake to the mammogram tech. All who were professional, skilled and kind.
