There are so many things about my recent experience with Solis that have just left me shaking my head. My previous dr was at the women's hospital with all of my previous mammogram done at the same location. When my Dr. retired I decided to find one closer to home. I went for my annual mammogram at the Solis location in Kingwood. - dislike the call center concept. The office is very difficult to find. The website has incorrect directions. Appointment times are not kept. I am extremely disappointed since my first experience at a Solis Mammography went well.
This is the most unprofessional and inefficient mammography provider I have ever been to and will not ever go back. The staff was terrible and the technician could not find my records and wrote down my PHI on a sticky note asking random questions as if my records did not exist when I had been there before. It was a mess, the exam was horrid and the technician smelled like an ashtray. Do yourself a favor and find a professional organization that treats their patients as if they are humans and not lab rats.
**update**. Finally taken in to waiting room to change 45 min after my appointment, lady in front of me had been waiting 75 min. Not enough chairs for everyone waiting at that point. Locker for personal items didn't work properly either. Didn't take long once I was in, technician seemed competent enough.
