The crew at this location are top notch - no complaints at all. Appointments go smoothly with the staff being caring and considerate. My complaint is their billing company, Rose Imaging Specialists. My Medicare Insurance paid the allowed amount to their network provider, saying my share was $0. Then the billing company sent me a bill for nearly $500 - identical date of service and billing codes that Medicare paid. This Solis Mammography location should be the model where all Solis employees are trained. Their compassion and kindness is what you expect at a medical facility. Dawn is the absolute best. She helped me better than the oncology facility that ordered the test did. She truly cares about people and it shows ten fold. Angelia is amazing at getting you checked in and calmed. This was the best medical experience I've had in years! This was my first mammogram and I had no idea what to expect, but my experience with the office was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was very kind, helpful and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to put my concerns at ease, especially Rebecca!
