Staff very nice & helpful, atmosphere very relaxing. I liked the lockers with the names of famous ladies on them. It might've been a bit challenging to find it behind the ER awning, but the signs were helpful.
I was referred by the VA to here, the VA scheduled my original appointment for me. At the time of my appointment the receptionist said she didn't have the npi of the prescribing physician and she had to have it before sending me back. I told her it is ok to just reschedule, she instructed me to get the information needed because it would take her too long to get intouch with them. Bad service sucking her teeth infront of us when we were looking for information she asked for. I would have really appreciated to receive a better attitude especially if you are working in Health customer service .
