I made my appointment 3 months out. I arrived only to be told I needed a referral. I told the person at the desk that is something the person who took my appointment should have mentioned. Not only did I lose money missing work for this but now I have to wait to get in somewhere else. I walked to my car holding my tears back and just balled my eyes out for like 15 mins once in my car. Super upset. I'd give zero stars if I could.
