It's always something. For two years they neglected to bill my insurance and then would try to get me to pay for something that my insurance definitely covered. Then one year they put in a claim with an old insurance company, despite the fact that they took my new insurance card when I checked in. Then there was the year they were prompt with the mammography results, but it took literally months to get any word on my bone density test. No mess ups last year. I was overcharged at this location. My insurance did not cover and so I became a self pay. A high fee was charged at the front desk before the tech performed any work. When I asked the radiologist why I was not getting that service she replied she would do the mammography first and see what the doctor said. The doctor then told the radiologist I did not need the expensive sonogram and the results of the mammogram were fine I was done. Masks required. They couldn't explain why. I was required to put one on as I went into a private changing room. By myself. Back room tech was friendly, front desk needed help.
