Omg I loved everything about Memorial Miramar Women's Center. From the moment I stepped in the door, check in, registration and I cannot say enough about my technician. I had a call back mammogram and she showed me the images and area of concern. She was AMAZING!!!!! For years I did my yearly mammogram at Memorial West but my visit to the new women's center on December 1st was a huge disappointment. The only place to get a clear mammogram amazing- told I needed biopsy and repeated before biopsy at Miramar and didn't need.
It was my first time visiting here for some Pre-op blood work and some paperwork. Kennedy was outstanding and made my moment there pleasant and explained all details and was very nice. Philomina drew my blood and I'm needle phobia but didn't even feel the pinch. She was very professional and made me feel welcome and taken care of. I don't like hospitals and get really anxious, but they both made a difference, so thank you!
Today was my second visit at this facility and I'm so thankful for both experiences I've had. The first was for a mammogram and it being my first I was a little nervous but it was a smooth experience. Clean facility and easy check in, nice staff. For today's visit I had a procedure done and was overwhelmed with nerves. The ladies helping me Yanet & Joanna were so kind and patient.
