I had the best person doing my procedure. She even warmed the gel for my ultrasound. These ladies are very knowledgeable and very professional. I hope I get the the same group next time

I have never had such a good experience with a mammogram in my life. They were so gentle and the lady that did my ultrasound explained everything to me and made me feel so calm and at ease .I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else again as long as my insurance covers it ,it was so good that now I’m not nervous to get a mammogram. I’m usually so scared because everyone is so rough, but this was a different experience thank God.

Admin doesn’t know what they’re doing here, nothing is ever right with paperwork. This is the second year in a row, I come to Memorial for a mammogram and so far I’ve gotten zip. I received numerous calls to make sure my insurance and payment were lined up, but nobody bothered to explain that somehow only the referral for mammograms & ultrasound went through and that there was no Rx. After waking up at 6 am to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment, I’m still sitting here one full hour after said appointment time waiting... read more
