I lived at this place for 2.5 years and I can't say enough good things about the building and the staff. Joy, the apartment manager was awesome and very helpful, as was Lori in the office. The maintenance guys were always quick to help with any issues that arose as well. My spot was all the way in the back and was quiet just about all of the time. I could go out the side gate and could walk to the Solon Rec Center, as well as several walking trails within minutes. The monthly garage space was well worth it. Anytime I had an... read more

Unit itself was decent, not amazing; everything else is the problem. From nasty hall carpet smells like pee and animals, holes in the walls. You can hear everything in the hallways from your unit: Birds, Dogs, people etc. Residents are careless and management just sends out stupid emails. Main doors being propped open with the rug daily Laundry room windows open . Huge security risk , Thank God a robbery hasn’t occurred. Outdoor pool wasn’t open last summer let’s see about this year. I was told when I moved in almost a yea... read more

Wonderful apartment! I’ve made really good friends here. Solon Park Apartments has plenty of parking, and I always feel like my car is safe. Anytime there’s an issue in the unit, the staff responds quickly and takes care of it. I really feel like I can rely on them.

If you want a noise free and smoke free community... This is not the place for you. The walls are very thin, lots of families and children so it can get loud. Also, there is a no smoking policy that nobody follows. The office will email from time to time to remind tenants but nobody listens. The buildings are definitely not as nice as advertised. New appliances and floors are nice, but everything else is rather old. It sucks having to share laundry facilities when there is constantly mud and mulch in them from who knows what... read more

Joy Harrell, the property manager is AMAZING! She responds to emails, messages, and any issues that may arise in a timely manner. The maintenance team is unmatched and I have lived in different apartment complexes. They have a convenient way of submitting work orders via the residential portal. The maintenance team acts quickly to complete the work orders and provided updates as needed. This is a great place to raise your children as the school district is top rated. There is convenient shopping and restaurants within walkin... read more
