My second meeting with Sonja was this morning and I feel a great connection with her already. She has the best personality for a therapist and so pleasant to talk to. She already showed a path forward where I need work on myself.
I have only just begun this journey with Sonja. My first meeting with her was encouraging and gave me hope for the future. She seems very knowledgeable about my particular struggles. She listens with empathy and non-judgmental understanding - she hears what I am NOT saying. 😊 I am hopeful that she can offer the kind of guidance I have been needing to get my life back on the right track.
I have really enjoyed all of my meets. I feel relaxed and not judged. She listens to me and gives great feedback back. I always look forward to my meets with her.
