I was very impressed by my first visit with Ms. Sonja Middleton. She immediately set me at ease with her positive and happy style of communication. Her knowledge of mental health concerns is equally impressive to her client approach. I look forward to future meetings and posistive progress.
Sonja has been great! She is very personable and has excellent coping skill suggestions. I feel like I can confide in her with very sensitive subjects. I’m very happy with the service she provides.
My second meeting with Sonja was this morning and I feel a great connection with her already. She has the best personality for a therapist and so pleasant to talk to. She already showed a path forward where I need work on myself.
I have only just begun this journey with Sonja. My first meeting with her was encouraging and gave me hope for the future. She seems very knowledgeable about my particular struggles. She listens with empathy and non-judgmental understanding - she hears what I am NOT saying. 😊 I am hopeful that she can offer the kind of guidance I have been needing to get my life back on the right track.
