Two procedures, five months apart. I had complication after each one and you were so attentive and helpful to getting it resolved. Though I'm only 80% to full recovery I am very pleased with the results. The second complication resulted in a lot of scarring but it seems to be improving and the advice I have been offered has been helpful. If I can suggest one thing it is to consider having Nitrous available. The lidocaine didn't help much and each procedure was truly excruciating. I feel completely confident and excited about my upcoming procedure with Dr. Caton. I feel heard and understood and all of my questions have been answered. Everyone is so nice and professional!
Vanesa was great at explaining my process and was able to show me my before and after pictures. I love how my arms have turned out. It is hard to see a difference when you see them every day. But when she showed me, they are much smaller. Lissy and Daly were great at reminding me of my appointment and greeted me with a warm smile.
Vanessa has an outstanding bedside manner. I could see her heart through eyes!!!

I received the abex to remove fat and loose skin that was hanging down and at age 59 finally went and got it down. TOTALLY WORTH IT.!!!!!! It's been six months since surgery and I have a flat tummy and look amazing but feel amazing to.
