Ryan was awesome. She was detailed about how the steps of my treatment and kept asking me my comfort level. Great experience
The ladies at the front desk greeted me the moment I walked in and were very friendly. My Patient Coordinator was Bailey. She is INCREDIBLE and so kind! I could have stayed all day in her company! She made me feel so comfortable! I just can’t say enough good things about how amazing she is!! She even called me after hours on Friday evening to answer my questions! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!
Shanice was wonderful, made me feel absolutely comfortable the whole time and helped take my mind off of the surgery. Dr.O was also very amazing! Talked to me throughout the whole procedure and made sure I was ok. He made me laugh and smile throughout the whole surgery which I never expected. Everyone is different, but I personally had no pain! Even through the recovery with swelling and bruising I see a smaller waist! What a dream.
Jenna was an amazing nurse and made me feel so comfortable about my surgery. Loved, loved her!!!
From day one my experience has been great! From the front desk & consultation, through the process & procedure with the nurse & physician, all the way up to post-op & beyond. They even offer post op treatments that help with your progress, by the way, that are absolutely amazing! Along with the comfort, I’m always greeted with warmth & smiling faces.
