This is my second visit to Sono Bello. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. No complaints whatsoever. I was lucky to have the same nurse as before and I just love Kattie! She is not only friendly and professional but a really sweet and positive spirit helping me understand the procedure and making me feel much more comfortable than I was before. What a journey so far! I just had my one month post-op appointment and the best thing (aside from the results of course!) is how each and every person I've encountered has made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Bailey was amazing!!! She was knowledgeable and very detailed about what to expect. She has a comfortable bed side manner that made you feel less nervous. You could feel the excitement she felt about the journey you were about to make. I would highly recommend anyone I know speak with her!!!
Wow! Where do I start? Everyone has been absolutely caring, informative, attentive, helpful and definitely encouraging. Gabrielle who I consulted with was professional and definitely not pushy. She helped me understand the benefits for me without judging. Madison who did my pre-op was definitely patient with me. Her knowledge from an RN’s perspective made me feel at ease.
