My appointment started on time and it was a very relaxing visit. Can wait to see results.
The office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Explained in detail the procedure and expectation. Shared with me my responsibilities for a healthy recovery. The physician, Dr. Turner, is very professional and takes his time during the pre-op. Very detailed in explaining the procedure and answered my questions. The rating I gave was for my treatment I received today not my past treatments. I have had many Venus treatments and today was the first time I was told that In order to get the best results, the heat had to stay within a certain range. Previously I was always told that if it’s too hot let them know and they would turn it down. In order to stay within the range for the best results my treatment today had to be much hotter than they had been. This is very disconcerting.
