STELLAR FROM BEGINNING TO END CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND
Tho the Venus treatments for me are not particularly enjoyable, The technician Ryan is awesome. She is able to minimize any discomfort, explains the process, as well as provide insight as to realistic results. The only criticism is the limited hours and difficulty of getting an appointment during the hours that I can come. Overall, I highly recommended Sonobello and Ryan if u are considering this treatment.

My consultation was a very positive experience. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner. They were honest, informative, and accommodating of my schedule. They went above and beyond to maximize my time and make sure I got the best deal. I highly recommend.
The procedure itself was quite painful but the staff, nurses, and Dr. Turner were all so nice and lovely to work with. I would definitely return to do more areas on my body, pain and all.
