Only one week in so a ways to go. Thus far the experience was as described. Procedure was painless and the recovery has only been very minor discomfort at worst. I've taken zero pain medication or even ibuprofen. I was back to a full work out schedule (less running) on the 3rd day. That includes 20+ mile bike rides, bench press and the like. I'm looking forward to further progression and identified results as the swelling dissipates.
After having the TriSculpt EX and liposuction in my upper abs, lower abs, waist, and inner thighs, I feel inspired again to take care of ME! My recovery has been great. I am now very motivated and have begun an exercise and healthy diet regimen. I am seeing great progress in the results every week. Next to come is my VenusLegacy treatments. Many thanks to Dr. Okpaku and staff for their professionalism and friendly care. They made this experience worth it.

I'm 1 day out from my surgery and I'm feeling just like Dr. K and the nurses said I would (like I'd done 1000 crunches) lol!! However, I feel great!! My surgery went great!! A huge shoutout to the staff and to Zena and Dr. K. They were all so wonderful through my pre-op and my surgery!! Zena explained everything in detail prior to my surgery as did Dr. K during my surgery. I had a great experience for my 1 month check up. This includes front desk service to your awesome nurses and consultation employees. Dr O is great as well. I am truly loving my results. Doctor O. came in did my exam said everything for healing fine, said a couple jokes and his nurse was very nice and helpful, the front desk staff was very nice she remembered my name when I walked into the door. Sonobello is great I would recommend it to anyone. They make you feel like family.
