I was very nervous walking in, but Bailey made it a comfortable and pleasant experience. I booked my surgery for the following week because I was comfortable with the office staff. I would recommend this to anyone.
Sometimes in life we prioritize other things before our selves and place our personal well being on various shelves. I was in for a consult and noticed a woman, who could have possibly been the manager, slam a chart in between the two front desk girls and spoke to them very rudely asking if they “ can tell her what a problem was” with something they probably did wrong. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a professional environment. I do not feel comfortable having surgery in a place that lacks this much respect from a manager to her own employees.
