The staff was so amazing!! I was actually shocked by how nice and personable everyone was, even my surgeon! All around great environment. They take care of you from start to finish. I had Dr. Fripp and Nurse Kim, they were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable, I even gave my nurse a hug. Amazing experience honestly!
I use not trust a lot of reviews but its true, the staff is awesome. Jordan is such an angel! She stayed on the phone with me for at least 30 mins trying to give directions because my navigation wasn't working properly. She also moved my appointment for a later time instead rescheduling for another day. Jenny is the best she made sure I understood everything to "T". Full explanation on what I should expect was given. The wounds looked ugly at first after I took the bandages off. I’m praying it doesn’t stay this way
