Very professional and informative staff. I was a bit nervous about the visit but the staff was reassuring and answered all of my questions. Completely comfortable and informed about what to expect before, during and after my treatment. I am Very Excited to take the next step of my journey and I know I will have an Amazing Team of supporters!

Elisabeth said she was a straight shooter and boy was she ever a straight shooter. We talked about my goals and we agreed that my biggest problem is with visceral fat in my stomach area. In the end, her recommendation was to attack this with diet and exercise. Sonobello’s procedures are better suited for fat that can be grabbed and squeezed. In my case, that means love handles and lower back fat but, attacking those areas would be more of a fine tuning step. Elisabeth was really open & welcoming. She explained and clarified a few misunderstandings I came in with, in reference to the information that's presented on the televised commercial. As with most commercials, it highlights or presents just enough to draw you in, then you get the fullness of actuality. However, Elisabeth did a great job. She put me at ease, with the process and the care that will be provided by the facility's medical staff. Thank you!

Can’t tell you how amazing my experience has been and I have not even had the procedure yet! Elizabeth answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and excited for my upcoming procedure. She worked with me and my schedule and I know will be by my side afterwards! I definitely feel I can talk to her anytime and she will support me!! From setting up appt, getting lost driving to appt, and having actual consultation everything was spit on. Kendra helped assist me with directions and was very welcoming with her sweet smile. Elisabeth helped answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I'm very much looking forward to my new boost in confidence..and new wardrobe! ;)
