I feel as though the entire experience was remarkable! I was hesitant at the beginning. There has been support throughout the entire process with videos and access to the office, answering questions before I even had to ask usually. The kindness and compassion demonstrated with all involved was a huge relief. I thank you so much! I am very pleased with my results but the experience made it so much better!

My experience with Mary was incredible, since she attended me in the lobby I could see that she was a wonderful, reliable honest and sincere person, I felt very confident and calm, especially because I speak very little English and she showed a lot of patience with me in that aspect too, and even though I couldn't pay for my service for now, her attitude didn't change at all, she contacted to be kind and very attentive, she also gave me a lot of encouragement when I told her that for now I couldn't continue with the service,... read more

All the personnel have been very knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. The facility is neat and well maintained. My procedure went very well with very little pain or discomfort . The post-op has gone well. The nurses Dani and Casey are helpful and caring.
