Everyone was pleasant, answering all my questions. Walking me through every step. I felt very comfortable in deciding to have the procedure done. Thanks to Kate that did the interview and Alex for my pre-op explaining how things would go … my nurse Melissa was great. I love all the ladies and doctors at the Cleveland location! They answered all my questions, make me feel comfortable and are always willing to help with the process! If you are on the fence on having the procedures offered, just DO IT, you won’t regret it!

From consultation to surgery day, all my questions were answered. My nurse, Gina helped me relax through entire process of surgery and post-surgery. I do look better and feel better. Had 3 Venus treatments out of 8 so far
