Everything about my experience at Sonobello has been AMAZING! The fact that the Doctor who performed my procedure actually called me himself to see how I was doing the day of the procedure and the day after the procedure just proves that the staff at Sonobello really do care about you as a person. From the moment I walked into the Columbus facility I was greeted by the friendly front desk girls who went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered regarding paperwork. The day of my consult I was a little anxious but my nerves were quickly calmed when I met Amy, who guided me through the finalization of exactly which procedures I wanted done. Update: It's been about a year now and I couldn't be happier with the results from my procedure with Dr Vashi. My outer thighs, Hips and knees have a much smoother appearance to them. I'd highly recommend the Sono Bello team in Columbus.
The staff was wonderful & their service great. I felt very comfortable there asking questions. I would recommend this company.

The whole experience was delightful. Mary & Audrey in the Dayton office was so helpful & sweet. The nurses, office manager and even the doctor are all so nice & consider of my feelings & insecurities. They made me feel welcome & cared for. Each visit is like connecting with my friends. I look forward to seeing them ❤️

8/31/25 Based on my experience @ the Westerville, OH location, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They provided MY WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE, EVER. They promised "seasoned caring physicians", "highly trained staff", "the best possible results", & "an exceptional experience". THEY DID NOT DELIVER. Not enough room to describe ALL the details. For MORE THAN 2 YEARS, they would NOT fix AN ASYMMETRICAL WAIST, LOOSE SKIN ON ABD. AND UNSIGHTLY SCAR (see GOOGLE review for MORE details).
