It was great to walk in and be greeted by the best front desk person ever, Cole! I was so happy to see him. he really has a welcoming demeanor that just makes you more at ease. If he didn't recognize me he certainly made me feel like he did. Before I could tell him who I was he was checking me in and making sure the nurse had all of my paperwork and was ready to take me back. Mary was the best! It was like we had met before and she guided me through the process with such kindness and patience. She got me a hot beverage and made sure she answered the questions I had. She even called after leaving to make sure I was ok and if there was anything else I needed to not hesitate to call her or the staff anytime. I called before I got there because I thought I was lost. SonoBello exceeded my expectations in every way! I am thrilled with my new waist and thighs and can wear clothes I could never wear before and am smaller - thrilled with my results.
