My last follow up experience was wonderful.
I’m having a wonderful experience with Sono Bella. The staff is professional but at the same time are friendly and make you fell so comfortable. I’m from out of town and while I was having surgery the staff totally took care of my husband sitting in the waiting room for hours.
All the staff from the front office, nurse, physician, and surgical support were phenomenal. Everyone was courteous, professional, and kind. I was very nervous at first, but they put me ease explaining the process to me and allowing me to meet with the physician just for a meet and greet to answer my questions. I am 5 weeks post op my tummy tuck and lipo and the results are amazing. I could not be any more pleased. My Visit at Sono Bello was beyond words! Rachel in Minneapolis office was so knowledgeable, efficient, and kind! The information was delivered so smoothly and easy to understand. From the minute I got there I felt welcome and at ease. My pre-op nurse was amazing and Dr.Kim was extremely thorough and detailed. I felt very comfortable and my entire experience was great. I would definitely look into this place if you are looking for somewhere to go!
Takes time to listen and very knowledgeable. The whole team at Edina has been so kind and helpful. Megan with the Venus treatments is awesome!!! I can see a noticeable difference with just three treatments.
