From the time I met Racheal Franks for my initial consultation to the day of surgery I was 100% taken care of! I felt safe, respected and at ease with what to expect . The surgery went very well, I was comfortable and there were no surprises. My surgeon Dr Strand is amazing, he put me at ease and was so fun to talk to!
