Although my procedure isn’t completely finished yet- I had a split surgery. The results from my upper, lower and e/x skin removal look amazing! Dr. Strand is an architect for the body, my incision scar is very low, it is easily hidden by panties or swim suit bottom. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been pleasant, from Charlotte at the front desk, the consult with Ali, all the nurses, and Joy, the scheduling coordinator( she may have a different title, sorry!) and of course Dr.Strand! Beyond exceptional care, bedside manner and follow up care .... The staff were wonderful, friendly, and so caring. The moment I walked in to check in, to my consult, to my pre op, to my procedure, to my post op, and scheduling my follow up visits, I was always warmly welcomed and felt safe and cared for.
